Comments = This is a positive testimonial! I was in a jam on the Vineyard. Just had a used Etec installed on my boat on the mainland and it threw a No Oil light on the first time out (lasted 2 minutes!). I called many places - no luck. BUT 3A Marine (Patrick?) came to the rescue with a suggestion that worked. So happy and so thankful. This is the second time they have bailed me out. Thank you 3AMarine!

On behalf of my husband, son and myself, we wanted to send an overdue and belated thank you to Patrick (and whomever else was involved) for helping to diagnose our “beeping gauge” problem on our girl that we brought to you last month. Obviously, you were 100% correct with regard to the loose ignition connection and we appreciated your promptness to looking into what the issue could have been.
You were not only very professional, quick and nice with taking care of us, but we also enjoyed the compliments in hearing that people passing by or visiting you were inquiring about our girl and whether or not she was for sale. We do very much appreciate all your time and efforts! Our girl is running perfect. I didn’t know if my husband had reached back out to you to say thank you since we’ve both been so ridiculously busy with work and of course making time to spend on the water! Have an awesome day!

Pat,

As always, you are the best. Thank you so much for taking care of my Parker. I was thinking of the lyrics of a Moody Blue's song, "the quicksands of time." It seemed just yesterday that I met John at the in-water boat show at the Commonwealth Pier, but that was in 2002!!  It was just after 9/11 and it was kind of weird attending the show. There were no planes in the air and the coast guard was patrolling Boston Harbor. As John Lennon would have said, "Strange times indeed!" Pat, that was 14 years ago. The Parker still seems new to me, but I guess that is why I am an old fart. How great is 3A Marine? Do you know that the people that I dealt with 14 years ago are still there!! How lucky I was to find the best boatyard in the country!!

Hopefully I won't need to contact you till October. I am still so amazed by that Yamaha that sits on the back of the Parker. 14 years old with 2300 hours and still running like a top. I thought that at 67 years old I would be putting one more engine on the back before I head to the other side, but now I don't know. That darn Yamaha might outlive me.

Just wanted to drop you a note thanking you for the motor.

 

As before, your guys did a fantastic job on the installation.  All of the

instrument panel work, and motor attachment were expertly done.  The

mechanics left the boat nice and clean, not like most places.

 

On top of all that, you got it in and done during the busy season as

promised.

 

I took her out tonight and it runs perfect.  I am very pleased with the

purchase.

 

Most places lie and stroke you along, it is refreshing to deal with a

company that stays true to its promises.

To 3A Marine, 

I wanted to let you know how happy we are with the boat we purchased at the Boston Boat Show. We have had it for 3 months, and love it ! Today was spent around Boston Harbor. Tomorrow we are going to Plum Island. It is a good boat to spend the day in.

We were very pleased with the sale. There were no hidden surprises. The test drive with Pat was excellent. He took his time and covered everything. We would recommend 3A and Robalo to anyone. Thank you,
